Ultrasound Features:
- An irregular oval hypoechoic area at the subcutaneous layer of the medial aspect of the left gluteal region, superficial to the gluteus muscles.
- Color Doppler shows no internal or prominent peripheral flow.
- No sonographically visible sinus tract.

Left gluteal old inflammatory lesion or healed abscess
