Clinical Features:
A young female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 2+ months.
- Lower abdominal pain.
- Pervaginal bleeding.
Ultrasound Features:
- About 7th week sized single live intrauterine embryo.
- Anechoic fluid collection with internal echoes is seen left inferolateral to the gestational sac between the chorion & the endometrium.
Remember:
Subchorionic hemorrhage is a common case within the first 20 weeks of gestation where blood collects between the chorion & endometrium.
