Clinical Features:

A 26 years old female patient came with

- Amenorrhoea followed by pervaginal bleeding

- β-hCG level >100,000 mIU/ml


Ultrasound Features:

- Bulky uterus with central intrauterine mass with diffuse cystic spaces without any associated fetal parts giving a snow-storm appearance.

- Large, irregular, tornado-shaped lacunar vessels with turbulent low impedance flow are noted at the posterior & left anterolateral aspect of the mass suggesting bridging vessels extending to myometrium with irregular & indistinct boundaries between the mass & myometrium at those sites.
