Fetal Hydrocele:

Unilateral or bilateral fetal hydrocele is a common finding in 3rd trimester & usually insignificant in the absence of any other congenital abnormalities. A follow-up scan 1-2 weeks after delivery commonly shows normal scrotal ultrasound findings and may not be needed unless there is a significant unilateral collection.
