Epididymal Cyst

Ultrasound Findings:

• Well defined, round or oval, anechoic cystic structure with posterior acoustic enhancement at the epididymis, commonly at epididymal head.

Ultrasound Images:

• Small, well defined, round, anechoic cystic structure at the left epididymal head.
• Mild left hemiscrotal collection.
